Marsh Banksia

 

Flower color is greenish, 10 x 4 cm (4" x 1-1/2"). Mature size is a compact shrub 3' x 4-1/2'. Hardy species in most soils, from New South Wales and tolerates humidity better than the Western Australia species. 

DO NOT FERTILIZE WITH PHOSPHOROUS FERTILIZERS!

*Sow seed 1/8" deep in well drained media.  Give preventive fungicidal drench.  Germinate 3-12 weeks at 64 - 80 degrees F.
